I can't see that Bitcoin has any influence. The major factors are -

Fractional reserves
Derivatives
Reckless lending
Quantitive easing
Bail-ins
Merkle's attempts to bail out Douchebank by stealing from countries like Greece
Brexit
Housing bubbles
Excessive debt
Corrupt politicians

etc............
