The Swedish ETN you are refering to is this:
http://www.nasdaqomxnordic.com/etp/etn/etninfo?Instrument=SSE109538It is actually quite close to ETFs.
It is a ETN (exchange traded note) rather than the ETF (exchange traded fund), because of the requirement for the sufficient diversification of the ETF - ETF couldn't invest only in bitcoin.
Greyscale's bitcoin investment trust is not an ETF, either - it is a OTC-listed share of the company that invests in bitcoins.
May I ask what advantages do you see in investing in the bitcoin ETF, rather than investing directly in bitcoin ?
