Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

They don't have one.
Why would a mining farm need a website? They aren't selling anything to end users.

But you can believe me, it exists Wink

Some photos from the farm: http://www.meetup.com/Zurich-Blockchain-Meetup/photos/all_photos/?photoAlbumId=26895652

Will become much bigger in the coming weeks. We might visit it again in Autumn.

No I haven't been at the mining farm in the other country. The picture of the former farm here in Switzerland (and video) you can see linked earlier in this topic.

any information about the reason to leave Switzerland? Is it just because they have found some cheaper electricity elsewhere or there has been some issues?

I assume the electricity cost, rent and cost for workforce was too high to compete with China.

How do you know they have closed?
Isn't it this company: https://www.alpereum.ch/about-alpereum/ ?

Does someone know any alternative to host a miner?
For example, one of the bitmain miners.

Best regards,

Best regards,

I was talking about the Bitcoin Mining. I don't know what is going on regarding Ethereum mining.
