Unfortunately we can't add Cygnus to the exchanges we want. The exchanges, themself, are choosing the coins which they are adding. We can just convince them to add our coin, and if they see that the community demands to be added, they are surely adding in a short period.
Yobit was the first who have added, and that was a huge step for Cygnus Project, so don't need to judge them.

The pos minted is 1.07 cyg but the input is added to that too since the coins are locked in the same transaction untill it matures. You never staked before?
