He'd be risking to get banned from advertising networks when they discover him, so all the effort you're telling him to put into promoting that site would go wasted.

yeah you are right. But at the moment i only test the implementation of ads. Money is neccessary. So thank for your ideas and help.

That's not how you're supposed to act.
First of all, whatever the site you have is, post it and talk about it on forums. Ask people for suggestions, so they check out your site. You'll start getting organic traffic. That organic traffic could bring you money, even if it's pennies.
Next, do not do anything stupid and use any black hat SEO methods, because even google will penalize you, if the "black hat" guy doesn't know what's he doing.
Make sure you create quality content, if it's a blog.
If it's a faucet, make sure you have enough BTC to run it for at least 2 months without having to expect money from ads, because you'll give up in less than a month.
