I tried to use this service and it did not work for me.

1. I sent the bitcoin to the provided address, and it never showed up on the website. I waited for an hour, the transaction confirmed and all, but the site showed nothing. Then I refreshed and I got back to the start page.

2. The bitcoin still haven't returned after more than 30 hours.

But anyway, the reason why it didn't work may have been because you sent too little. Minimum amount seems to be 0.01, and 0.01 minus the transaction fee makes that input ignored...

BTW, coinig is a bugged site, I used https://tools.bitcoin.com/verifier.html and your message was verified.

I agree. The fees are low as well, however it seems to be a copy of bitmixer(same fee structure etc.)

You can see it in blockchain still. If you can't see a txn ahown i your address in your account, copy your address, paste it in blockchain then see the incoming txn hash in your address. You will be able to determine if the coin came from who.
