Hey in the Letter of Guarantee there is mentioned the address for sending the bitcoins and the address that you provided.
So if you have sent the money to that address check if there has been 1 confirmation, if the tx has one confirmation then you should receive the funds on your address.

nah its not banned, i am just used to use tor whenever i use/test a bitcoin mixer. anyways i just used the clearnet link since the onion seems not working fine.
