Hello forum frequenters, new members, and alt-coin enthusiasts. Terracoin will be getting a face lift soon (among other things) and we'd like to have the community put forth their best designs at some new graphics and logos. clockuniverse and myself have already set up a donation pool for the contest that will be growing in size. Once complete, the community will vote on the winning design and the winner will receive the entire bounty for the contest. The bounty for the contest will be added to through its duration. For a lot of people making these logos isn't very involved. Also there's the hope that people just genuinely love crypto and do this for fun..

And of course, with Terracoin being brought back from the dead, and not really even having an exchange at the moment, I'm hoping in a few weeks the price will be up significantly from where it is today. Give things time to come together. If you personally see no value, that's fine but please don't load this thread with negativity. We aren't going anywhere, we'll be here bringing it back to life.

I don't think anyone is trying to insult anyone.  It may not seem like much now, but once we have released a new wallet and added TRC to a new exchange it will be much more valuable.

I just added 500 TRC to the bounty, because I have done design in the past and I feel your pain.

The pot will grow, just waiting on designs. People do designs for random altcoins that pop up all the time and get paid in that random altcoin for it.. but it seems people are only looking at the BTC value of what they're getting paid at that current moment, not any projected value or faith in the coin they're getting paid in.

This is a logo contest, there are going to be bigger bounties for some other services too in the near future.

The contest takes to long..., the attention span of people is short, they lose interest. Escrow would be great.
