Need someone from US or Canada

I have a PayPal account that was limited in February 2015

I got an email in August last year, that 180 days have passed, and I'm able to withdraw the money

The problem is, I can only add bank accounts from Canada and the United States for some reason

If someone would be kind enough to take this account and withdraw money from it, I would reward him with more then 10%, 30$ actually (there's 230$)

also how can we know this is your PayPal account/bitcointalk account.

not trying to offended you just wondering how this might work as I live in Canada and have a Canadian bank.

also for Canada it is 14 days to get the funds are you willing to wait or you want the funds before they go in to bank.

why have you contacted support to find out why it is limited to NA.

The limitation happened a year ago, I can't even remember why it got limited, it is my account, but with a fake name

I think I used it to sell auto cad licenses on ebay (it was a year ago though)

I think it's 3-5 bussiness days

Sure, I'm willing to wait 14 days, but I would give you the account info after we escrow the 200$, considering you being a newbie

he gives you a US payment Bank of America

link your account to paypal when verifeid you can withdraw with payoneer prepaid mastercard

also if under fake name things are to questionable to trust this.

there is no way for you or me to prove this is not a hacked account that you just don't want your bank linked to.

Why would I hack a limited account?  

I have access to the email, passwords, birth date of the account etc.

I have all the information to prove I created the account
