Bitcointalk isn't responsible for the development of blockchain.info's wallet.
There is almost no chance you will get a decent here.
You would have a better chance/answer directing your question to blockchain.info themselves.

there is an address book on the web wallet in send money tab as it is shown here

but unfortunately, in the new android wallet version there is no address book, I think you can suggest them to add it on google play rates or contact their support

I think he's talking about the mobile site, not the app. Either way he should contact them and complain about it.

Thanks for your answers.
I'm talking about the new/beta blockchain.info version (yes, I know beta is beta).
https://blog.blockchain.com/2016/02/03/announcing-the-new-blockchain-wallet/
https://blockchain.info/wallet-beta/#/
...and, yes, I know "Bitcointalk isn't responsible for the development of blockchain.info's wallet." ...

Thanks for your answer...
it' s a bit tricky... on settings > addresses, there's a button "manage Address book" where I can find my old address book (from the old blockchain.info) but I can't add new recipients addresses...
More than this, when I send Bitcoin to addresses, I can't find a way to add BTC addresses (with associated names) to an address book (for the new/beta version of course).
