So, I will create a feature for you using PHP and MySQL. Some examples of what I can do are: Friends system, Registration, Login, Verification, Friend's only comments, global comments, cron jobs to update MySQL (provided you have the server setup to handle PHP as cron jobs), Profiles and Account manager.
These are just examples, so if you need something different, just go ahead and ask. Of course, I include security in all the scripts. To make things go smoothly, it helps if I can get FTP access to test the scripts before saying the job is completed.
There's no set price as it depends on the scale of feature. I will give you a quote and estimated time completion once you reply with what feature you need developed. If you want, offer a price along with the feature and I'll let you know what I think of your price.
