You can clearly see the 4 cpus/4 motherboards are not connected to anything.

So why is the bottom one? Just making sure all were kept well and away from shorts and other issues. 
Didn't think anyone would put a hooked-to-power setup on a metal shelf to make nasty smells come from it.
