You don't need to pay money for this. Just do a google search with this keyword "How to Unlock locked Iphone 6 manually" You'll get lots of free guidelines and tutorials and you'll be able to do it yourself. I have unlocked a Iphone with this.

A simple reset should fix it. The problem is the "Find My iPhone" function.
