Anyone know if something is going on with Celery (gocelery.com) ?

A buddy of mine was using it for LTC purchases and he lost access to his account a couple of days ago.

Gocelery e-mail support doesn't respond, their phone number puts you on hold and hangs up on you.

I found Facebook and Twitter posts of a couple people complaining about a similar experience.

If anyone out there knows anything or has any suggestions that I can pass on to my friend, it would be appreciated.

Update:

After a week of trying to get through, he actually got through via phone today and they reset his account.

The reason he couldn't get in? According to Celery, the Google 2Factor Authentication has a bug that causes it to lock out.
