The bitcoin is the best future currency because it has such a good chance of succeeding in my eyes.

It is the gold of cryptocurrency...  its value can rise to more than gold... It is certainly future proof.. Agree it has potential to shine more then gold in future, we just need to wait for some time and future will show us that how best currency bitcoin is. Bitcoin is not best future currency still, cause there is still to much things to be done. And so much work is waiting... Big things don't come so easy, it require a lot of effort, work, sacrificing...
I think some people here are too optimistic in my opinion. I think its a good thing to have believers like that, I also have a good feeling about btc and I hope for the best. But I try to stay real and not to let my imagination cloud my thinking.
Many people agree with OP, but I didn't see anyone mentioned any date, or year when we can expect btc to be best currency in the world.

bitcoin is the best currency for the future because of all the benefits of using it. the low fees, the decentralized nature of it and the lack of need to a bank are all good pros for bitcoin.
but there are also some cons in the way that needs to be fixed in order to get to the point where it can be really used as a future currency like the block size which is being worked on.

Potential is good, but my guess is that it will never be able to compete with gold or the USD/EUR. At best it will overgrow Creditcard with their billions of dollars of transactions, but that may be the max. Bitcoin is going to be more worth in the future and that is nice because you also can see now that there are more people that is going to use it and it will be also more acceptable. But of course it is really hard to predict for what will happen with the value and that is the bad thing. |

Digital world is the future and bitcoin is the most used cryptocurrency, so, the only way bitcoin could die is a tragedy(like be hacked) and it's highly improbable.

halving will come every four years and it is a bit of an injection to raise the price of bitcoin price when demand bitcoin is rather weak. but if the user continues to grow and demand also continues to grow. could we need a halving? because of course halving will stop when it was time |

If it has got the physical form it could have been used by lots of users than the present. In my opinion it has got the acceptance over most countries.
