I suggest you go onto localbitcoins/paxful to find a deal. People here will classify you a scammer since you're a newbie with zero history purchisng BTC with a reversible method(people get scammed every day by chargebacks).

Now I know the markup is big, but you can easily buy small amounts of bitcoin through wesellcrypto.com using PayPal.  The daily limit is $15/day for unverified users, but they're really reliable and it's quick.  And then people have mentioned virwox, though I've never been on that site myself.  Circle is awesome, but that's not PayPal.  Good luck, sir.
