Like a giant pen stroke in the sky, an unarmed Minuteman 3 nuclear missile roared out of its underground bunker on the California coastline Thursday and soared over the Pacific, inscribing the signature of American power amid growing worry about North Korea's pursuit of nuclear weapons capable of reaching U.S. soil.

The Americans are inflaming the situation even more. In the history of the mankind, only one nation has used nuclear weapons against the civilian population - and that nation is the United States. And they are saying that they will use them again, if needed.

The Minuteman 3, first deployed in 1970, has long exceeded its original 10-year lifespan. It is so old that vital parts are no longer in production.

Together, the United States and Russia control the vast majority of the world's nuclear weapons, and both countries regularly conduct ICBM test launches. The Russians generally do them more often, at least in part because they have new missiles in development whereas the Minuteman 3 is the only U.S. ICBM.

Which country? North Korea? Nope.. they don't have the capability to attack mainland United States (if I am not wrong). At the most, the North Koreans will use their nukes and ballistic missiles to incinerate Hawaii. And any US retaliation will completely wipe-out the human life in the DPRK. Anything can happen, as a lunatic (Kim Jong Un) is ruling North Korea. Another lunatic in power in the United States (say Hitlery Clinton) will increase the chances of an all-out nuclear war.

If the United States is going to invade North Korea, I really doubt whether Russia or China would do anything to help Kim Jong Un. That said, there is a chance that they will send some weapons to the fat boy. But sending soldiers to North Korea is perfectly out of question. I really hope that such an invasion never happens. If it occurs, then Japan, South Korea, and Hawaii will become nuclear wasteland.

Why do we must live in such tensions?
I don't see how war can bring prosperity, especially if US conducting?
And how to know what is truth when western madias are under the corporate control.
Maybe all those dirty talks about "fat boy" are not true at all?

With the recent turn of events, decommissioning of nuclear arms is no longer going to be possible. With Russia feeling threatened by NATO encroachment, China's ambitious to snap up the South China Sea, and North Korea's increasing attempts to prove it is relevant, the word has lost an opportunity to get rid of a threat hanging over all mankind. This genie is not going back into the bottle, at least not in the forseable future.
