Some yes, but 30bitcoin need sign up and is paying for some time, Bitcoinour (but the reward is low now) too. No problem to sign up for me, site just need to offer a good reward. Nothing so high (scam), but nothing so low.

Registration process is really annoying but if your rewards is high enough to attract people i don't think registration is a big deal.But please keep cashout minimum at low level because i personally can't trust high minimum sites.
