paypal not linked but i've use a paypal account  to recieve  idk and the paypal account i had it  in 2015 so its about 1.2 years if you want that included then price wold be exess

eBay do not allow account trading, they will have automated systems to catch accounts changing hands and will ban the new owner eventually. It might be useful to someone, but there's a very high chance that the account gets closed quickly. The original account holder would also be held responsible if any sort of fraud takes place so it's an all-round bad idea.
