You can use Moneybookers (Skrill) to buy bitcoins at VirWoX and Bitcoin.de:

The problem with virwox is, i need to buy SLL to buy BTC, then, the total cost is 11%! (credit card, moneybroker, sll and BTC transactions)

The solution , Skrill -- Virwox -- BTC    , works ok, but indeed is about 15% to 20% on comisions.

Dont understand  was the truoble to a newcomer to make some competion to virwox , under similar concept. I should glady pay 5% up to 10% to buy that way.

There are many "games coins" that could work like this.

There are many ways to solve the scams, for sample waiting 45 days , documentation request, or other...

For country like argentina that will certanly be a plus, we are not allow to make international transfer, even paypal is baned for some things.

I myself am surpised there aren't more services and options to acquire coins for a reasonable price or USD for that matter.  For all we know this is already in the works by different groups but I wish it were already in place.
