Why not use this SEPA transfer & send this money to www.coinbase.com? Money would reach their bank a/c in 2 working days & they only charge 1% fee.
No need to pay any premium & no escrow fee here.

Only thing you need to get verified before you can buy there.

I have already coinbase user, but I wrote "best offer"! If anyone want sell, i can buy, but with a good offer
