https://londonbitcoinforum.co.uk/

Click on schedule top menu

then click on one of the items

Then in top menu click on speakers

"Lorem Ipsum" etc

Social media accounts all created over last 2 or 3 weeks

Github, Microsoft, Barclays, HSBC etc as partners

Looks a bit fast done and oddly contentless for such a big affair

Confirmed scam.

They updated the site yesterday to include a section for "Hosts"

I contacted all of them to find out if they were actually attending.  None of them are based on my replies.

You can check on their twitter accounts.

Some of the responses:

My message tweet:
So I'm guessing you WON'T be at this event? Seems someone is trying to use your name in a scam event londonbitcoinforum.co.uk

Bill Buxton:
Never heard of it. Scam. Hint : hard to ìmagine credible conference that lets people just sign up as speaker. What a world!

R. Jesse McWaters:
indeed I am not! Thanks for drawing this to my attention, very troubling.
