[2016-02-29] Kraken reports steep increase in number of new accounts.....

Bitcoin exchange Kraken has registered more than a twofold rise in the number of new accounts since the announcement of the acquisition of Coinsetter and Cavirtex and the expansion of the company into 37 US states.

The company notes that this steep increase does not include the number of migrated accounts, as a result of the acquisition.

I think the companies that seem less likely to disappear overnight will do well.

Too many cowboys and indians running the show until now. It's a lot better than 2-3 years ago.

I was running through some of the companies from back then. Most of them simply aren't there anymore. Gone. Most of them with the deposits.

You can never tell, but Kraken is making all the right impressions.

Kraken is my main exchange and they seem to run their business in the exact right manner. Great support as well. Not many exchanges can say their support is superb. I always look at things from a positive perspective, even a alow increase is an increase.
