I have an offer for a piece of land for sale in Cleveland, Ohio.  If you are in the market for a two-family dwelling for rental or to give away for a gift.  55 bitcoins is all it takes.(relative to today's current exchange rate). For interested buyers only:

Listen carefully, this is a simple transaction that will take place. I will quit deed the property into the name you request. I've held this property for a number of years, it has relatively low taxes (just about $450 a year).

Couldn't someone just go pay the back taxes and put a lien on it, then eventually own it?

sounds nice but nope. The property would have to be in foreclosure and I would pay the taxes if someone put a lien on it. There is no lien/no foreclosure.
