Looking for a Dev from the Philippines

When you say dev, what skills does one has to have? 

You will help promote CBX in the Philippines, though this forum, and on the web.

Skills are pretty basic:
- being easy to reach (preferably on Skype Chat),
- being able to install a Crypto Bullion wallet with Bootstrap (I will guide you http://cryptobullion.io/storage-use/)
- being regular in your work (very small amount of time needed, but regularly)
- having good Tagalog writing skills would also help

Bro may nakakuha na nang projekt na to.. chaka hindi pinoy ang nag hahanap mga kano na mkikita mo sa altcoin section.. kung gusto maka hanap nang mga ganito duon sa altcoin section yung mga bagong announcement na coin or ilalabas pa lang nag hahanap sila ng mga developer or bounty mbibigyan ka nang libre coins nila plus bitcoins..
