I've recently heard "I need a dollar" by Aloe Blacc.

Someone definitely needs to cover this song and change the lyrics with Bitcoin related content.

It would be awesome. I can totally imagine it telling a Bitcoin mining or speculation horror story and then jumping straight into the chorus "I need a bitcoin.. a bitcoin  is what I neeeed".

Yes! Both of these songs would be awesome... someone please do it! I need a bitcoin... it could go viral !  

I made this parody of "she's a maniac" for bitcoin last year: Bitcoin song: He gave us change (a dedication to Satoshi Nakamoto) ... The lyrics I wrote in a couple of hours and the vocals was dirt cheap...

So basically, just write the lyrics! Once you got them all you need is to find the instrumental online and I'm sure you will find someone to sing it, and quality depending on how much you pay (or if you are really lucky someone on this forum got the talent needed), if it's good maybe donations will cover all costs... and we would have a great bitcoin song!
