Price can go one way or another in short terms but i believe in tech and community so long term (year+) is quite sure profit IMO. Block size debate and "cyber war" related to it will end sooner or later and i feel that could launch Bitcoin to new ATH no sweat.

Personally I'm going to hold off a bit and watch what happens with the block size debate after the presumed spam attack yesterday, I am more interested in see what the opinions are of the developers and see what their plans are to maintain the integrity of the network.

I mean if people think Bitcoin is the gold standard, then people will still obviously invest in Bitcoin. But what keeps the network alive, soon there will be a point where mining the coin will be absolutely pointless and it will just be the people who hold who get to distribute it.

Do you even understand how Bitcoin works? Mining will always be a necessity since transactions will not confirm without a miner.

yes price is rising right now, and in 2016 july, halving will happen, that should rise price by 150$, so we should buy many bitcoins as we can because later price will be very high

the history (the recent history) has shown that market wants to push bitcoin price up no matter what happens, it keeps on going up.

the block size debate, the Hearn drama, all the FUD, and a lot more has happened but price only went down a little for short while and the continued its upward movement.

Sometimes the waiting time just does not worth, I have seen here many people that are waiting to buy at $100 but i think that is not gonna happen this year at least.

Its not the best price to buy it. And that is not good. The value is not that low and not that high.

this kind of hype isn't really helpful to bitcoin trend, you know. unless you can sure bitcoin price is gonna go up to $500 within this week, then I don't recommend on this.
