You can fill this page out with fake info but make the names real. Example, mike smith. They will send you a text message and you enter the pin on the website and the account is active. I just did try this out OP the problem is I'm just using prepaid sim and reading the rules they are not allowing it, if you want to have my username and pw info just pm me I'll be glad to it to you maybe you can activate it using your other phone verification info. Thank you
