OP needs escrow if this about money matters that's how it works, in time like this any amount that needed to be traded have to be between an escrow to make sure that transaction will be done properly and fair, if you really have good intention you should follow that and it should be here at this forums.

Its not smart now to sell the Bitcoins now. Even in small amounts. But the value is now not high enough to sell it.
But I hope that it will be more worth later and that we can sell it with a lot of profit. But yeah you never know what can happen.
