This thread is for the discussion of Rubies RBIES goal is to see what people think can be future price point and use for this unique currency. It's unique in that the devs seem to be creating a business backed basis for its use through old standing and new crypto establishments. It has a bunch of distribution methods. The coin is new but shows a lot of promise if you don't know wtf Rubies are here's the thread:

It could but with 5 mil in current circulation it may be difficult at first.

It was over 15k at ccex. The still pretty new it will come down a little bit before it goes back up. 15k to 20k will be the price floor if a good March performance.

It is a very solid coin and i am pretty sure that it will go up a lot more. The big thing is that the currency is backed by BetterBets casino and it seems more businesses will be adding it to their sites. The more uses Rubies gets the better the coin will get. I can certainly see it being stable over 10k satoshis, if Rubies grows, why not even see it break 100k. The supply for the coin is 10 mil but you also need to keep in mind that the investors hold 75k x 40 = 3mil  And they will not sell because they would not get the BTC payments if they sold. After one year the investors need to buy more if they wish to hold their spot as an investor, so in ideal conditions it will be 90k x 40 = 3.6 Mil and it goes on like that. This means the overall supply that is in circulation will get lower and lower, hopefully increasing the value.

All great points it's just odd to have a real coin investment finally I think we are all in shock.

Better it does to accumulate around 3 or 4000 sats. Easier to go 5x then.

With all the eth nonsense happening I think Rubies will float under people's notice then have a big breakout.

No,It will float because there is no POW and they are just asking enough money for coins which have nothing to backup.I can make hundreds of coins and ask people to give me Bitcoins for that.I am not saying it is scam & also it seems there are many people buying their contracts.

The betting thing is just the Wager trick. The house makes profit from the amount wagered and not by the win/lose,the short term win/lose still affects anyways.

Mining just gives purpose to use gpu or rigs which cost money betting cost money same thing different methods. Eth is backed by nothing and launched 18 mil ico I'm not saying it's a scam either but based totally on hypothesis and speculations.  At least Rubies is business backed.

I should throw in the fact if you win while using their site then the rubies were free and you made btc + rubies. It's not like you lose every time you gamble unless of course you just suck at life lol.
