Jus wait for it to be confirmed. The blockhain has been really slow in confirming transactions so it requires more time for transactions with low fee to be confirmed.
I think the 2 BTC is too high for a 0.0001 btc transaction fee. If you wanted to receive it earlier you could've sent it with a higher fee.

The amount of bitcoins doesn't have a lot to do with it... If you started mining years ago, and found a 50BTC block, you could easily send 40 BTC to another address with a very low fee... It's the size of the transaction that counts, not the amount transferred. The size depends on the amount of inputs and the amount of outputs

Neh, it isn't 'coz fee & confirmation isn't related with transaction amount. AFAIK, they(confirmation) depend on transaction size & IMO, 0.0001BTC fee for a 374B transaction is more than enough.

Just got an email from Blockchain to say that the 2 transactions (one incoming, one outgoing) have been rejected.  BUT it has automatically done a resend!!!!  Arggghhh.....if fees were an issue last time then they would be an issue this time as well.  What I would have wanted was to have done a manual outgoing transaction.  I just checked the Network Propagation 3% - 11 Nodes - (Very Poor). 

Is there any way I can stop a rebroadcast in future?

anyone can rebroadcast your tx but if you say stop then they should stop (I think I may have been the one who rebroadcasted the first tx.. not sure but sorry anyway.). just wait more days until the mempool drops the tx again.

I'm using Blockchain.  The fees are set to default (the recommended setting)  The transaction were both rejected and then were immediately processed again..I assume by the rebroadcast again. The fees for both the incoming and outgoing transaction is 0.0004.  This time round things aren't any better with network propagation as very poor for both transactions.

Is there any way when the transactions are cancelled by blockchain it doesn't automatically do a retry? Or was it because of the rebroadcast be Shorena?

that tx spends an input from this tx which is still unconfirmed. you'll need to wait for the first tx to confirm before the second one does.

the first tx have very low fee so it probably will take a long time to confirm. that is if someone keeps re-broadcasting it.

Thanks for your reply.  The failed transactions meant that funds were returned to the affected accounts BUT were then automatically resent.  Would this be related your re-broadcast.  I am wanting to cancel one of them.  Is that possible?  If they both go through that's ok, but I having problems with confirmations again.
 

I think the 2 BTC is too high for a 0.0001 btc transaction fee. If you wanted to receive it earlier you could've sent it with a higher fee.

Neh, it isn't 'coz fee & confirmation isn't related with transaction amount. AFAIK, they(confirmation) depend on transaction size & IMO, 0.0001BTC fee for a 374B transaction is more than enough.
P.S. Anyway, I've rebroadcasted this transaction.

that tx spends an input from this tx which is still unconfirmed. you'll need to wait for the first tx to confirm before the second one does.

the first tx have very low fee so it probably will take a long time to confirm. that is if someone keeps re-broadcasting it.

You can try to do a child pays for parent (CPFP) transaction. What this entails is simply creating a transaction that spends from an output of one of your unconfirmed transactions (probably the second) and sending the Bitcoin back to yourself. This transaction however must have a large fee. It must have a fee which covers the one it spends from, the one that one spent from if it is unconfirmed, and itself. Then you should probably have an extra tip on top of it for the miner. Then you need to push this to Eligius since they are the only pool that I know of that allow CPFP transactions. Because the current situation requires high fees, I recommend that you set the CPFP transaction to Opt into RBF so that if the fee you set was too low, you can bump it up without creating a longer unconfirmed transaction chain.

If you need help with this, I can create the unsigned transaction for you and give it to you to sign and broadcast.

This transaction is a spend from the 123qgNPr4sAntoipa6GbiNnBpEF9Syjgdq output in https://blockchain.info/tx/403051ed6bc72575b8bf193798a67db9680e6fba9457b7753764a23458d71e5b back to that address. It has a fee of 0.0046824 to cover the three unconfirmed transactions behind it at 60 Satoshis per byte. It also opts into RBF so that if the fee is too low it can be increased later with less trouble.

Since this is unsigned, you will need to sign it. AFAIK blockchain.info does not allow you to sign raw transactions so you will need to do this manually. You will need to export the private key to 123qgNPr4sAntoipa6GbiNnBpEF9Syjgdq. You have a few options for signing:
a) Use a tool like coinb.in to sign the raw transactions
b) Ask a trusted member to sign it for you.

I recommend that you use option a as that does not reveal your private key to others. Option b will require that you give your private key to another person.

After the transaction is signed, then you must push it to the Bitcoin network. You can post the raw here and people will do it for you. You can also use various pushtx interfaces to do that.
