not highest priority. blockchain.info treats 0 priority as Medium Priority.
anyway that tx should get dropped from the mempool soon as long as there's no one rebroadcasting it. if you're the one who sent that then this may be a good thing because you'll be able to send the btc again with higher fee.

yes they will return to the sender's wallet if the mempool drops the tx. you can however keep reminding the network about your tx (so that it will not get dropped.) by rebroadcasting it again and again until it confirms (read this.).

if you can contact the sender and they are somewhat trusted then you can try persuading them to send a new tx with higher fee after this one gets dropped. keep in mind that the sender can scam you. so if they're not trusted don't do this.

The priority tag from blockchain.info doesn't mean much.
I hope you trust the guy who send you these coins because it doesn't look like it will get confirmed to me.

The sender paid a super-low fee.  You should talk to the sender about why they spent around US$0.0015 to send you the money.  Were they just being cheap or didn't they think that paying you was that important?

Think about it this way: it sounds like you don't want to work for free, well, the miners say the same thing - to a certain extent.  A few days ago the recommended fee was around US$0.07 (iirc), that is still pretty cheap, the sender didn't even pay a penny.

Mine at Jonny's Pool

It's not getting confirmed because whoever sent it only attached 377 satoshi as a fee.  That's not going to cut it when there are many thousands of other transactions waiting for confirmation.

The standard recommended fee for a transaction is 0.0001BTC per kb.  At 371 bytes, the sender should have used at least 0.0000371BTC under normal network congestion.  He didn't.  He used ten times less than that when the network has tens of thousands of transactions waiting.

Jonny's Pool - Mine with us and help us grow!  Support a pool that supports Bitcoin, not a hardware manufacturer's pockets!  No SPV cheats.  No empty blocks.
