MyBitcoin double payment - Please refund it.

I just posted this (2nd) message in the MyBitcoin support area, since I still haven't received a reply yet from my first message:

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago I wrote a message here asking about a double payment that I made accidentally.

The merchant that I made the payment to said that it doesn't go to their account and that I need to ask you for it.

The payments were for 10 BTC each and they went to: 1BaCUcLv9MUcDjNUEfAr6qbVXQmEoQ7c1z

Please return one of them as it was a duplicate payment.

Yes I know that thanks. But the admin of MyBitcoin.com can easily send them back to me. It's just that so far they're unresponsive.

I wouldn't expect any response.

I had a deposit go missing one week ago because their server was down. I sent a clear and polite message with transaction details and a link to block explorer. Since then I've messaged them several times and they still have yet to respond.

As for their ICANN details, the administrative contact lives in NJ and the email is abuse@mybitcoin.com but don't bother emailing them because it will bounce.

I have since removed all of my funds and I have them stored in my own desktop wallet now.

Why are you sure they will set things straight?  Given my experience getting ripped off by them I am pretty sure Alex is screwed.
