I just came across this site in google but I never heard of it before and I've never seen it associated with the .com before. It is a clone and to me appears to be a phishing site. The chat box information seems to be dated as well.
I certainly won't ever attempt to login unless BTC-e.com verifies them as legit.

What do you think it is?
Remember that Bitcoin is still beta software. Don't put all of your money into BTC!

that's the mirror (is that what you call it?) for the russians, if I'm not mistaken. I remember reading about it somewhere.
of course people should avoid entering your account information from there just in case.

Trusted an exchange that climbed to the top 3 in just under 2 years with your money? you are fucking stupid.

I looked on btc-e.com twitter account and seems that is a mirror for rusian, to avoid the russian block for its main address. But if you want to be 100% sure and safe its better that ask that on support on its main site. But if you can access the .com why you want to access the mirror one?
