Stolen coins are almost never get back to there owners. Even if you can track the person who stole your coins it will be hard to do any thing about it.

I know that, I was hacked too a couple years ago.  This person doesnt seem to be hiding his tracks very well though.  I havent been following tracking coins and seems to me it might be possible to track.

You should probably move this to technical support. Off topic isn't the best board to get response from this sort of thread...

Also you should probably know that there's minimal chance you'll ever get those coins back... BTC is irreversible, and it seems like the "hacker" already got a few confirmations on that transaction.

If you had a chat with him and if you have his IP then it might help you out . However there is 1 % chance that you will get any traces .

Can I ask a few questions:
How can someone steal your BTC?
How can you trace them?
I would be interested in looking to learn to be able to trace BTC and learn how to find out how to identify those who  it was that took them.  Thank you in advance.

Keyloggers by themselves isn't enough to steal coins unless you use a 3rd party website to hold them.

A keylogger basically records keystrokes and emails them to someone. A RAT would be more likely if it was taken from a wallet on your computer.

If it was a keylogger then you can decompile it and find out where it was sending your key strokes to. Most likely it will be to an email which is another step closer to whoever did it.

I am new to this talk, so what is a RAT?  Are we talking about a physical person who is a RAT or is this some computer term.  Also how would you decompile it, is there some software I can get to learn with>  I like learning about how this things work.

A RAT is a remote access tool. Someone gets you to download a program and then you run it. Everything looks fine but lo and behold theres a new process running that you don't recognize or even notice that is giving complete access to your computer to someone else.

They can download anything to or from your computer, access any files, hell they can even turn on your webcam if you have one and watch you yank the snake to pics of lizard people.

Basically it is teamviewer with perks and not being seen.

There are tools out there to decompile programs, some free and some cost money.

I'm sorry about that @SgtMoth,

As stated earlier by some other member's of this forum. there is nothing anyone can do to recover missing coins even in cases where you are able to trace the hacker.

For this reason, we always suggest the use of public key to protect bitcoins.

I can help trace the hacker if, you are still interested and make him or she pay's back the amount of stolen coins indirectly.

There are many way's to kill a rate! Grin Grin Grin

NOTE: while my first is free, the second swill ONLY be executed on payment basis.

Thanks
Arlene

forget to so protection tool's against keylogger. real black hacker's can bypass any bank security system.
Their are little program(s) out there that can protect you against hacker's.

For now i suggest you should install avast (premium version) & always use the safebrowers mode when visiting untrusted site.

Secondly, becareful on how you store your pw & any email address, security answer which are associated with bit-related account.

I hope it help

Do spyware programs not catch all of this stuff from activating on your computer?  If they do not, how would it be that you can locate and destroy this and prevent it from happening in the future? Money makes the world go round, but information runs money.

@SgtMoth, check your PM and kind forward All detail's info (including ip, the list of site(s) visited by your friend before the coins where stolen, including any recent info's within the bin that you think might be of help)

NOTE: it impossible to trace advance hacker's based on IP addresses because any newbies can easily modify his ip location/address.

Thanks
Arlene
