A new ETH ONLY EXCHANGE , allowing users to trade their $, £, Euros, for ETH, REP(Augur),SLK(Slockits coin, i made name up btw) PLT (Plutus) maybe even SMG(Samsung) UBU(Ubuntu) etc.
Lets do it  

Some people may say why?, id say as time passes do we really want to keep buying BTC and then ETH,then GAS or REP etc, we lose money in transaction fess, changing coins fees...we could eliminate the baggage, save money and time, do it direct , fiat for ETH or GAS and Dapp Tokens all from one exchange.
This gives buyers more coin and ETH more overall market value as the fiat is going directly into the ETH ecosystem.

Sure, it could work. Not right now but maybe if ETH grows and gains more popularity then it could happen. Right now people can make the exchange but the user base would most likely be so small that it would not provide any profits, most likely not even break even. Right now all altcoins are just a spot filler for BTC till they actually become relevant enough to be taken seriously. ETH certainly is moving towards it but it is still way off for now.
