New York-based PH Miners Inc., manufacturers of cryptocurrency mining machines, has announced the launch of two new miners for the bitcoin and litecoin cryptocurrencies, which will allow users to process transactions and track the release of new digital coins.

PHminers is comprised of specialists with many years’ experience in bitcoin hardware as well as litecoin hardware and has developed the Bitcoin Miner 25TH/s, which retails at $3,000 and comes with all the necessary equipment, from casing to control unit and cabling, to set up.

The company’s Litecoin Miner 1000MH/s also costs $3,000 and can also mine other cryptocurrencies. These digital-currency miners are guaranteed to deliver long-life service, with the company, which only accepts payment in bitcoin, providing an extended warranty of 15 years to cover any kind of failure.

Both miners have been fully tested at multiple stages following manufacture to make sure they perform to the expected standards, and free shipping is offered to anywhere in the world, via FedEx or UPS courier services.

Eric Franklin said, the CEO of pH Miners, stated: “We believe that our products will have a high impact on the market, and we’re pleased to now make our first two miners available to customers around the world who want to get into the exciting area of cybercurrencies,”

Let's just go ahead and label this as a scam, please.
Here we go on another one.
A 15 page thread in 3 days.

Quote
Q. What will happen if I want to cancel my order and get a moneyback?

A. It is possible to cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped yet, you can also cancel your order within 14 days from the moment of delivery of the order to your address if the device is in working condition and there are no signs of usage.

Moneyback will be performed within 14 days from the moment of return of goods or cancellation of your order.

Q: WTF is "a moneyback" Huh?
A: An obvious second language

Transaction fees go to the pools and the pools decide to pay them to the miners. Anything else, including off-chain solutions are stealing and not the way Bitcoin was intended to function.
Make the block size set by the pool. Pool = miners and they get the choice.

I'm not so sure it's a scam. You seems to discard that the one and only Eric Franklin is the CEO of pH Miners. And it's backed by a 15 years warranty.

Seriously this scammer is way too lazy.

With a 15-year warranty, it must run pretty cold to not strain the caps. Also, I like that apparently their forum presence and/or designated announcer has to email them about questions - pretty loose affiliation. Can we get a link to the website which was definitely not registered last week? Maybe post some photos of borrowed renders or lame photoshops?

Cool, quiet and up to 1TH pod miner, on sale now!

Their US address is obviously trash, NO ONE would rent a in a tower in the middle of prime Manhattan for miner production or even offices.
Quote
1384 Broadway, New York, NY 10018 ( Ground Floor )

Their Japanese address is similarly prime and false
Quote
1, Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

Even their listed US phone number a) resolves to Brooklyn (not Manhattan) and b) is already known for scamming.

Too many mistakes just from their website alone as some have mentioned it. There's also lack of SSL certificate plus there are few spelling mistakes. Not to forget, the site looks like 5 minute work of someone who thought I could fool people with this. A little correction to the OP (their litecoin miner has 15 years of warranty while their BTCitcoin miner has 5 years of warranty), how interesting this is, hmmm?
Another interesting thing is the following two faqs:

Q. Can I pay cash in your office?

A. Due to security policies and our confidentiality policy we cannot accept this method of payment.

Q. Can I visit your office, data center or manufacturing facilities?

A. Earlier visits were possible by preliminary coordination for some of our wholesale customers. However after several cases of industrial espionage we decided to prohibit personal visits.

First thing I look in any legit company, is that you have the ability to go and evaluate everything by yourself and here, it's clear that their hiding something (reality perhaps).

snip<stuff>  the exciting area of cybercurrencies

"Cybercurrencies" WTF.

Hey OP, your short posting history suggests you are really keen to start mining, fair enough, but make sure you pay for miners that actually exist.

The picture they are using has been used so many times by scams that it's probably registered as a stock photo ref: "vaporware" by now.
Search SMART miner, minerslab, hashingminer, ad nauseum...

and gotta love this from their FAQ:
Q. Can you mark my order as “gift” at shipping or lower the price in documents, enclosed with the miner?

A. No, we cannot send the shipment as “gift”. But we can mark it as “spare parts” and lower the price or the order.

In other words they are openly saying that they are willing to commit Customs & Duty/VAT fraud regarding their shipments. Nice way to get on a govs imports watch list. Depending what country is involved if caught they are facing major fines up to possible loss of their biz lic.

Seeing as nothing resembling the photo has ever been seen in the wild, despite the various badges that have been rendered onto it, maybe "spare parts" are Blu-Tack or pins to attach the picture to your calendar as you cross off the days, waiting for the Delivery that Never Comes...

First of all where are the pictures of miners? Better if there is a video of miners hashing for better proof.

Secondly Bitmain, a recognizable company have not yet come up with a 25TH/s miner. They are now struggling to make a 10TH/s one.

Thirdly, your website is privacy protected.
If somebody is selling miners why will he hide himself?
Selling a miner is not illegal I guess. And if it is, then stop selling right away because nobody will even contact you if you try to remain anonymous this way.

Lastly,

Quote

I will pay through PayPal then Wink

Is this the first scam effort that is supposedly based in the USA? I am omitting obvious poor performer like BFL that actually tried to produce something, and did so at one time. The others I've seen in the last year were always in some country other that the USA.

Gee... I wonder why it looks like a normal server.   And it get's better use a search to see if picture is online it is.... there are other miners who have Photoshopped this pic before they did not even us a original pic to Photoshop: https://www.tineye.com/search/270a16124c7905d1919b7c75e3301647a11a499c/ .  Appears they edited a smart miner picture.  So scam using another scams picture.
