Hi, I have gift cards from Hotels.com that I don't have a use for.  I can't sell them on Raise.com as I don't have a credit card and they require one to sign up.

Therefore I'm having discounted them 40%.

Can you tell me a couple of things:
- where did you acquire them?
- are they country-specific?
- will they expire?

And, last but not least:
- do you accept escrow?

I take my wife and kid for short trips several times a year, so i might be interested in the future, but only in case they are (verifyable) legally obtained, can be used in my country, have a longer expiration date, and a reputable escrow is used to hold the funds untill the gift card is redeemed.

So you are saying this newbie seller whoo just signed up today actually sent you (a newbie buyer) HIS PHOTO, HIS ID and a signed AFFADAVIT or are you just saying you ASKED him/her for it?
