if anyone bought bitcoin with credit/debit card....so then tell me where.tell me your experience in this area.

I bought my first coins from virwox.com, using paypal. Indirectly, the money came from my CC which was coupled to my PP account.
It was quite tricky to do this (load site with PP to USD, USD to Linden dollars, linden dollars to BTC, withdraw BTC).
The fees were enormous, en it took them almost 48 hours to process my withdrawal...

Yes i have at coinbase.
if I rember correct it had a fee at about 5 dollars, and I had my 1btc in seconds at my account.
it was extremely smooth compared to using bank wire transfer. I would recommend it.might be wrong about the fee but the experience was so smooth so I don't mind if it was a higher fee then i remembered.

I think most people will struggle with this, because companies doing this are extra cautious with credit cards due to chargebacks. You do know you have to take into account

that those coins are much more expensive, because you are paying credit card fees and you have to pay it back with interest and you pay the service fees for the third party

you used to do this.. right?

I have used creditcard multiple times to buy bitcoins. I normally buy from coinbase, it's 100% instant and with 3% in fees. The fees is quite high, which make total sense, because the card provider charges Coinbase for a transfer over creditcard.
I know that most exchange takes 3% in fees when buying with creditcard. This can seem like quite a high fee, but when you take the bank transfer fee into consideration this is actually quite a nice fee for small amounts like 5 dollars. It's also super fast and you get the bitcoins at the moment you click "buy". If you use Circle, Coinbase etc. you will find that they change 3% in fees and you get the bitcoins in your wallet super fast.
I would recommend new people to use this metode instead of a wire or SEPA transfer, it's newbie friendly and like buying shoes or computers on the internet.

Not very active. Please use PM or email to get a reply from me.

I did many transaction on LocalBitcoins with my debit and maybe i am still lucky and haven't ever encountered a charge back. However,if you are buying bitcoins then there is no issue at all ,because you will be the potential one to scam or put the charges.
