I'm using vpn which should list my IP for US, would that be the problem?
I don't know whether the faucet I know had been listed on your rotator or not, since that I can't visit your rotator, but if its help, I only know 5 faucets so far and only uses 3 because the other 2 isn't worth playing.

Its not that high, but with their 5 and 10 minutes claim time, I think you can accumulate pretty quickly if you claim often.
The two I use are adapting random number from 0-10.000 which your rewards are depend on what number shown on the roll, kinda like freebitco's faucet, while their range is between 0.00000850 to 0.03 ether.
The other one I use is on 5 minutes cool down time and its reward is, i think, more random.
