Traders are wise..when the price go that low, they will take advantage of it and hoard a lot of coin, which I think could push the price up...But $250 at this time is too low to be reached by price when it drop..

Nope, I can't accept this in any way.. even though people sell coins together after halving, the price won't fall back down to $250 instead the price will get raised after halving.

of course we will not see the numbers going back to less than 400 dollars per bitcoin right now because people are going to be buying it like crazy pretty soon thus pumping the price

Because a lot of negative sentiment for bitcoin or because bitcoin price not rise for a long time, seems a lot people are frustrated now can't take a profit.
