I bet it is... but what will keep you from doing a chargeback?

I manage hundreds of Bitcoins in my btcinvest fund, I've done work for many people, and really the only way you're going to lose out is if bitcoin massively falls before you can get it to mtgox or if I somehow die while I am sending you the PayPal payment.

There are tons of reputable people who will do this for 2% on bitcoin-otc
