Forgive me if this has already been answered in some places in the thousands of pages in this thread, but does anyone know what is up with all the token spam we are getting mostly from the same address? They appear to be worthless, is there not some system in place to prevent useless tokens being airdropped?

We will have spam control and filtering very soon. Possibly in the next update which looks like its going to be next week. The team are working on so much right now it's still early days lots of improvements to come over the next few months.

Free tokens. Some are valuable and some are just for fun. Take it as much as you like . It will eventually have a value.

Thanks I love the idea of airdropped tokens especially those where everyone gets it, but there should be at least some purpose to them other than to spam/joke.

What are these air drop tokens?

Some are tokens made by people for fun (that's the whole point of Waves... easy 1 click token creation)

Others are official waves tokens such as WCT. You may also find some Ripto Bux and WavesGo which all have value.

Funny thing is people are moaning about all these random tokens... one day when Waves has taken over they might end up being the most valuable tokens going! "Remember back in the days when someone spammed us all with those Exotic Car Club... yeah they where the days! Not many of them about as not many people had Waves accounts back then and most people dumped them"

Things that become worth a lot and collectible most often don't start off that way... often they start off as junk and not kept or looked after... that's why they become collectible!

People are moaning because there's no way to classify / sort them (yet) by some rules like "valuable now", "I like this", "I have no idea wtf is this" criteria.
I guess that they still have work to do on the wallet.

Also, maybe the token creation could become more expensive, to avoid token creation spam and also give the created tokens some more power/background/value.

Chrome client Wavesliteapp is buggy. I tried to sell my Miner Reward tokens in DEX but it shows 0 MRT, it's not reloading.
We are familiar with load errors in wallet and portfolio tabs but leasing and DEX has also bugs. I hope you'll fix all problems regarding Wavesliteapp.

You said dividends would still be paid to those asset holders who chose not to swap but wait for WAVES platform, but that was a year ago, and no dividends have ever been paid afaik.

What compensation are you going to provide to those investors you misled?

If I knew it would be May 2017 and no Coinomat dividends would have been paid, I would have swapped, but you explicitly said an advantage of NOT swapping was dividends paid to less assets, so expectation of higher return ... what a load of bullshit!!!

Yes there are still bugs... as with any new system but the team are working hard. Expect a new update next week which should have a lot of bug fixes. I assume this is one reason the DEX has not been marketed yet... they want to get all or the bugs out and features finished and polished first.
