Next week vanilla coin, the only coin with zero time transactions and the only one that poloniex audited the code and accept with just 1 confirmation, will be rebranded to Vcash and XVC.
Pretty cool!  Grin

And her anon system known as CHAINBLENDER is in open and final tests. https://talk.vanillacoin.net/topic/346/version-0-4-4-rc2-release

Take a look at this video. That anon is very fast! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNZokOdR5c4

Welcome to the new pink sheets, folks - crypto.

This is just getting started; these kind of schemes are only gonna grow in magnitude as more money flows into the ecosystem.

Remember that before people try to pump something on the OTCBB, they usually do a ticker change and a reverse split to start with a clean rep.

Nope, Vanilla/Vcash hasn't exploits and chainblender besides much more safer, does anonymous transactions in seconds, unlike dash that takes hours and sometimes doesn't work.

Take a look at this video about chainblender  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNZokOdR5c4

It's a balm to my heart when I see that monero holders and developers are sweating and scrambling so much. That's always a good sign.  Cheesy

Vcash is the best coin on the market, lightning fast, scalable and anonymous. I'm spoiled by Vcash tx times and I can't stand waiting hours for bitcoin deposit to get confirmed. Sad Hopefully John deploys apps to google play and app store in the next days. If it was widely accepted in stores... ooooh maan it's way better than Visa/Mastercard.

Most people don't have the benefit of an (expensive) education in following tiny silver/gold exploration/development stocks.

I've learned to avoid the 'old prospector and his mule' fly-by-night operations, and stick to the definitely-will-be-acquired ones.

I can confirm the bad ones follow a pattern, wherein they burn tons of cash generated by stock dilution then try to turn it around by changing the name/logo/brand/website and doing a reverse split.

VNL is following in their ignoble tradition.

But VNL can't escape its copyright-infringing origins any more than the rebrand to Dash helped Darkcoin make everyone forget about its massive insta-mine, bad crypto, and 20 hour mixing times.

The universe has uniquely trained people like us to understand crypto.

I am not a coding whiz, but a long time ago I did spend some years studying it at college, and through that and my own tech explorations I am comfortable with concepts like open source and understand why they are so superior.  I cringe when I think of the legions that don't have a clue about what they are buying and only own Ethereum because 4chan gave them a hot tip.

I am not an investing mogul, and have lost my money in markets twice.  But I sure as hell learned how pink sheets work, how to build hype for a real vs a fake product, how bid/ask stack manipulation happens, and the importance of due diligence.  I cringe when I think of people who have never traded an asset in their life exposed to some of the tactics in crypto trading.  I double cringe when I think about how easily these people can obtain large sums of margin.

Finally, a healthy dose of worldly wisdom is needed to see that powerful people can often be wrong, and money can be abstracted to almost anything - but the unique properties of crypto make it especially viral and powerful.

No one likes the years and dollars it cost to obtain these lessons, but when the next opportunity rolls around you realize it was all worth it.  This time you are prepared to take advantage of it.

4 out of the usual 6 monero trolls already here, waiting for the other 2 (you know who you are) and waiting for TPTB also.

On-topic: The project started an uptrend back in december after bottoming, has nothing to do with the actual rebranding. Features were and will be released in the future, for anyone interested read around on: talk.vanillacoin.net

You've turned this forum into such nonsense that I am leaving. The next you will hear from me is when I replace both Ethereum and Bitcoin with technology that works.

Ass out of your mouth once again, and it just took you a few hours. New record?

I still hear your sobs over from that thread.

Bro you don't like the photos?

There are som other gold comments from the thread:

I challenge you to say it to me in front of my face, so I can rearrange your physical comprehension of the world around you. Since mature technological debate is outside the realm of relevance for juvenile cavemen such as you two.

>

I PM'ed r0ach and told him I would grateful if he would close the thread. With 25 year olds trolling this forum from their mobile devices while masturbating to porn in the comfortable of their moma's sofabed, I don't think there can be any mature technological discussion.

Let's not go off-topic thought, we could copy paste for days from that thread.

EmilioMann is a well know scammer of this forum.

He already created one scam coin: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1059653.0

Now I see he is promoting another shit.

Cryptonote is a far better tech than dash mixers or vanilla chainblenders!

A person doesn't define a project, specially if he/she has nothing to do with it officially, but instead of an investor or whatever. (I have no clue if what you say is legit)

Cryptonote  and ringsigs are a good tech, nothing to deny there, but it still has problems which hold it back from going mainstream. Also let's not forget that it wasn't developed by the currently most popular cryptonote based coin. It is becoming more useable constantly though thanks to the Monero devs.

I'll add here that Monero has also the most toxic community on this forum though, but they don't define their developers luckily.

XVC / Vcash / Vanillacoin has a different selling point, anyone researching will find those out. Zero Time (zero conf tx), Node Incentives (for network support), ChainBlender (privacy), staking wallets with full feature support and minimal battery consumption, a modern codebase, currency independent projects like CoinPP, MinerPP and a lot more coming like Whisper (encrypted msg) and Decentralised Governance.

Zero Time (zero conf tx)

You will never stop hyping that flawed algorithm that you also refuse to release an entirely detailed white paper on. The white paper glosses over the specifics. Propagation is not proof to offline nodes. Voting can be Sybil attacked. Voting can fail to converge to majority. Etc. These are fundamental design errors that a rank amateur in block chain consensus makes. Even if the Sybil attack is unlikely at Vcash's small market cap and insider controlled mining, the Zero Time can't scale because all nodes need to see the real-time lock.

I don't give a rat's ass if Poloniex accepts Zero Conf transactions as some of you claim. They may be in on the pumps, or they may not be technologically knowledgeable.

https://talk.vanillacoin.net/topic/354/decentralised-governance/2
Quote
We are committed to "Decentralised Governance" and have started drafting our "Decentralised Governance" protocol. Active proposals will be paid out via the Node Incentive system in Proof-of-Work blocks. Voting participation will require (incentive) collateral. Some proposals will have no payout, for instance, voting on a technical change to the network.

https://talk.vanillacoin.net/topic/355/thin-client-support/3

Quote
We've started implementing bip-0037.

This will allow for "thin clients" such as Electrum or Breadwallet, etc in a completely decentralised manner using almost no bandwidth or storage. The network will be able to scale to millions of nodes with little effort.

Woow decentralised governance and thin client support are next in line.  Shocked Cool Great development.
