You mortgage your house to buy Etherium? That is like mortgaging your whole family. Such ventures are only good when you can use that you can afford to lose. Take care unless you develop a heart attack.

Well people have risked and gambled a lot and when times are hard they will go to even more desperate measures. Ideally you have to go with your gut but like any investor would tell you, don't always put all your eggs into one basket but that's just me talking from an investment point of you.

If this is true, then it is a big mistake. The risk in crypto is way too high for you to mortgage your house and buy a coin. Someone can change rapidly and a coin value will drop to fractions.

It's happening right now 12 % down and according to one guy who create a thread Ethereum price is now sinking and now it's time to sell whatever you have,I don;t have much Ethereum here right now I just hold mine for the time being..

Well, if you have something else to "live" (I mean, if you have a fund reserved) or some other place, maybe you're doin' a great deal. But if ETH enters in a bubble time, you will want to kill youself, I mean, if it falls to U$1 like three months ago.

Indeed. If someone (maybe 2 or 3 people) invested 10BTC in december and sell it today, it's sufficient to shake the table today and make a significant damage to the currency.

If you mortgage your house at $1, then it is a good decision. If you borrow money now to buy Ethereum, it might not be a good idea.

I think we need an update on how the mother of his children feels about this.
