Hi guys,

I'm a father of 1 with another 1 on its way Smiley
I've been watching some of Vitalik's videos. He is just amazing. I have a really good feeling about Ethereum. I just mortgaged my house to buy a lot of the Ethereum gas. I showed my wife the video's and she says that if I can understand it then it's probably a good idea. While I'm a little nervous about losing everything, I needed to find someway to pay for my children's future. How high do you guys think Ethereum will go? I'm not crazy am I?

Cheers, Bean

I also don't believe OP, this is even crazier then guy that put all on red ( there is a thread about it and video on youtube). But what if its real and its not a joke? Many people talk about this ethereum, maybe this coin have some nice future? I think about it this days, everyone was suspicious about bitcoin also, even now there is people who doubt in btc. Maybe its not late to buy some eth, who knows..

Hello friends.

I must apologize for helping crash the ethereum market. My wife gave me an ultimatum, either it was her or the ether. I followed the good advice in this thread and sold my position.

Thanks again and sorry for the dump.

Good for you super bean. Hope you had a great experience. Generally speaking, people consider Bitcoin to be risky asset, but ETH is even more risky. I would not hold ETH for long.
Do tell your story.

don't invest more than you can afford to lose... if you're super stressed about an investment you make the wrong decisions

According to the timeline of your posts you would have made quite a profit!  Completely crazy but it sounds like it paid off.

Maybe he is Mr.Bean... Not the SuperBean!

Honestly mate, nothing is 100% safe on cyber. You can't put your whole life upon it. Only put in whatever you can bear if you lose it.

No, he'll secretly do that once Monero crests $12 each.  Then when we crash back below $8, he'll capitulate.

i can't belive people are actually this stupid

You must be referring to all  the people in this thread that responded to this obvious troll. In the end it turns out he failed miserably at his attempt to troll as it backfired on him.

Timeline:

Pick a ATH (at the time) point of ETH to post "I mortgaged my house, was I stupid thread" to suck in people. Goal was expecting humongous dump so he could emphasis why investing in ETH was bad because of his made up scenario.

A few days later when big dump did not happen as expected, post again while price is lower that he was now nervous. Also fake wife post jumps on and says I am worried, should I leave my idiot husband because of this. The troller disappointed the big move didn't come yet, but was playing on the slight downtrend, thinking the big one was yet to come.

Third post indicating his investment is working out. Probably needing to admit the obvious, but stills secretly hoping for big crash to be able to pull off the big troll.

Finally realizing this attempt backfired terribly, and if someone had followed this route and mortgaged their house, they would actually be in handsome profit, tries to gracefully exit the obvious fail troll attempt while also trying to get some troll points in for claiming he helped the recent correction by cashing out.

Sound about right?

Jeez and they say i am paranoid with suspicious crypto conspiracies  Cheesy

But yeah you may be right though.
A LOT of conspiracies are actually true and provable.

But really, it doesn't matter anymore.. notice how they all went quiet ?
They all dumped & don't care anymore..

Hey ETH team.. get this,
I am actually technically more on your side their your little greedy shitheads investing temporarily.
I am a crypto supporter and support Legit projects (if they can be proven legit)
These other little shits are all just greedy useless little money suckers from the teats of Crypto.
They slid a hose deep down the hole then wrapped their salivating and drooling lips around
the house and are sucking with all their might.. they want EVERY LAST DROP !

These users are nothing but a cancerous rabid plague on Crypto useful for absolutely nothing what so ever.
They come here to take money from each other and transform every coin they touch into
a pumped & dumped crypto pyramid scheme .. left for dead !

This self destructive pattern ruins a coin and degrades all of Crypto including Bitcoin itself.
And their joining Crypto is not a helpful productive thing at all.. we are attracting the wrong type of crowd.

If REAL supporters were to analyze the "value" of a coin with or with out these type of guys
you would see you are better off with out them..
There is no positive impact left after a handful of greedy little douche bags join your coin
and invest for a week or two then run off dumping ..bragging about profits.

Then again if the so called "dev" team is only interested in running a pyramid scheme scam to profit from ?
..then ignore what i said and prey on these idiots and suck THEM dry.

They are often too stupid to realize they are supporting a Pyramid scheme because they are lured in with a "profit" carrot.
Point being is they are easy pickin's.. low hanging fruit in society.
And i think they kind of deserve to get burned.. it's karma.

FUD first & ask questions later™

Of course that this fact is not credible.  Grin

Just it needs a little common sense (and love of family) to meditate well every decision of this nature, where the future of your family is at risk for an emotional decision.
