DEUR (DigiEuro) dead?

Hello together. Can someone tell me, if DEUR (DigiEuro) coin is dead? Unfortunately I missed the trading

start on c-cex. And yet the btc price is dropped to 40 Satoshi for 1 DEUR. I have written with the support

from DEUR and ask him if DEUR come to other trading platforms this year. And he said "Probably not". So I

think the coin is dead? But I dont understand, why the other trading platforms like Poloniex and Kraken dont

use DEUR? Thanks for answer
