Description: With the release of Bitcoin Core 0.12, it is possible to run a Bitcoin Core node at fairly minimal cost. This job is to add a json-rpc interface to Causeway (https://github.com/ReinProject/Causeway) so it can talk to Bitcoin Core. Then the code should be modified to add in endpoints that enable registered users to do each of the following: 1) request the latest block hash and height 2) request the hash and block height N blocks ago 3) or supply a block hash and retrieve a UTC timestamp and block height.
