CampBX BTC transfer delay

It seems like CampBX has some high security algorithm that requires management override to allow BTC to be transferred out.  I don't mind the security if that is the case but the delay and no response has me wondering.

Are other CampBX users experiencing similar problems?

I'm beginning to wonder if they also have a shortage of staff.

Details:
I've tried to transfer BTC from my account (Dwolla transfer in of funds initiated December 31, 2012 ( - last year!)  total amount showed in account by January 6, 2013)

On every attempt from January 20 till today January 25 it comes back with:
"
There is a temporary hold on your account due to a recent deposit.
­
This should clear automatically in 2-3 business days in most cases. We apologize for any inconvenience.
"

The first attempt to transfer out was on or before January 20, 2013 and a ticket was created January 21, 2013.

Radio silence so far from CampBX

I'm sure that if I'd just wait another day it would be available but that is what I thought yesterday!

Don't know if that is more or less encouraging!  (Still no change here).  I will try to post back when the problem is resolved.

BTW on another front I did deposit more than 1k on an unverified account and all the money made it in to the account eventually for which I am thankful (after reading the FAQ's more closely regarding unverified accounts).  I am a little surprised that it (you can initiate a transfer for more than 1k with dwolla on an unverified account to campBX) is even allowed and not prevented somehow with software.  Glad that that aspect did resolve itself though..

Im considering campbx and i need some referrals or ... maybe other users can say what their experience is like.

Doesnt look like they have a big footprint here.


Who can vouch for these guys?
