...

Now there are some four gold and silver dealers who accept BTC.  Story here:

https://blog.bitpay.com/jm-bullion-now-accepts-bitcoin-payments/

Bitpay is the same processor of BTC payments for Provident Metals (Provident has worked well for me, I pay with BTC).

I have not bought from JM Bullion, but I do see their ads in my Internet meanderings.  Here is their website:

Thanks for sharing. Maybe they can come up with physical gold/silver coins like Casascius'. I will be interested to buy a few.

Interesting, I read that JM Bullion is really good shop. They even has silver bullets in their offer how awesome is that? (http://www.jmbullion.com/silver/silver-bullets/)
They even added bitcoin sign at the bottom of their page. Some shops are not doing it thinking is is not that important. But trust me, it is good that people see that BTC symbol.

i'd say JM Bullion know if some bitcoin user love to collect something precious just like silver plated physical bitcoin, it's good for both bitcoin and the company
JM Bullion should try to sell physical bitcoin  Smiley
quite offtopic but wonder how bitgold is failed which was intended to do same selling gold for bitcoin and work as payment processor and provider of physical gold. However till now i haven't found any merchant accepting bitgold as payment method. I have some golds there.

They do offer a great discount for buying with bitcoin. A 10oz. gold bar is $520 cheaper with BTC. And people think their credit cards are free.  Roll Eyes

It's nice to see another bullion store accepting bitcoin payments, I've bought silver in the past with BTC and it's great to have more options.

THAT Symbol,BTC were called fake money ,when people start to see it with gold or silver i believe they will start to change their mind and will buy gold and silver calling it bitcoin investment ,its amazing to see more shops allowing bitcoin to be part of the business, soo it may be begining the slow adoption worlwide about bitcoin.

they accept bitcoin through bitpay which means they still receive their money in fiat.
I can not doubt that is good for US bitcoin users. but the company acceptance to bitcoin will not add anything to it as long as they exchange it once they receive it

How they receive the amount doesn't matter, because it had given us the option to use our bitcoin. Its the starting so acceptance through bitpay also a good plan.

The same way some porn websites, even being new projects are working with bitcoin ,this being an old company and well knowed working with bitcoin is just one more step into the future and mass adoption of bitcoin.
